More Than 100 Dead In Taliban Attack On Afghan Army Base

Taliban fighters killed the soldiers at a base in the northern part of the country, in one of the deadliest attacks on an Afghan base since the war began.

Taliban gunmen and suicide bombers killed more than 100 Afghan Army soldiers Friday at a base in northern Afghanistan, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.
