    Judge Dumps Lawsuit Against Taylor Swift, Filed By Man Accused Of Groping Her

    As the trial ended its first week, the judge ruled that a former radio host couldn't prove the singer had set out to get him fired. Swift's suit accusing him of grabbing her during a photo op remains.

    Taylor Swift said of the former radio host whom she has accused of groping her: "I'm being blamed for the unfortunate events of his life that are a product of his decisions." A judge has thrown out the man's lawsuit against her.

    A judge has thrown out a lawsuit by former radio host David Mueller against singer Taylor Swift, ruling that Mueller hadn't proved that she set out to get him fired.
