A Third Of California's Fire Evacuees Still Waiting To Go Home
Some 34,000 of the 100,000 people forced to flee the blazes are still under evacuation orders. Authorities they were getting close to containing the largest of the fires in northern California.
Even as many of the thousands of people forced to evacuate from the deadliest wildfires in California's history were being allowed to return to their homes, yet another fire has started in the Santa Cruz mountains.
Authorities said 60 people were still missing
