Resolve to Spare: “I made a resolution for 2014 to get fit,” Sylvanna Luong recalls. “I was slightly overweight, so it was more about wanting to gain some self-confidence and improve my own body image.” Luong ended up accomplishing much more than she ever imagined, and she now competes in local bikini and fitness model contests, with two wins so far to her credit. “I hope to make my national debut in 2018 and continue developing myself as an athlete and model,” she adds.
