LOS ANGELES - Mark Steven Domingo lived in a quiet Reseda neighborhood with his family.
But online, authorities allege he vented hate, vowing to launch terrorist attacks as revenge for last month's massacre at two New Zealand mosques.
The 26-year-old U.S. Army veteran was charged with attempting to provide material support to terrorists. If convicted as charged, he faces 15 years in prison. He remains in federal custody pending
