This is the Jamis Portal, and as you can see, it’s a full-suspension bike. Jamis has often been on our shortlist of brands to reach out to, but usually only when conjuring up a group of hardtails to test. The East Coast company has put out some seriously good steel frames that have earned high marks on Bike’s pages through the years. Jamis’ suspension bikes on the other hand? Not such high marks.
