      Although this book probably won't leave you feeling completely at peace all at once, it definitely points you in the right direction of a first step towards ridding anxiety and stress. The Yiddish sayings are great. They articulate perfectly what the writer is trying to say. A must read for any woman who ever lived.

      There is another book with a similar title, make sure you are reading the right one which is probably not this. This is released in 1988. The audio quality is subpar.
