- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Although this book probably won't leave you feeling completely at peace all at once, it definitely points you in the right direction of a first step towards ridding anxiety and stress. The Yiddish sayings are great. They articulate perfectly what the writer is trying to say. A must read for any woman who ever lived.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5No real depth here. Basically just "live in the present and care about people."
Narrator also sounds condescending. - Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Drivel
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book lots of gold nuggets but the narrator is awful. Need to physically read this one real feel the message.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5There is another book with a similar title, make sure you are reading the right one which is probably not this. This is released in 1988. The audio quality is subpar.
