- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Dr. Claire Weekes is an angel. I will absolutely be relistening to this but two things that I enjoyed the most. 1) just listening to her voice (I think it was her voice but if not, the narrator) was soothing on its own. I fell asleep or was in a semi-sleep place for different parts of it but I played this during a really bad, panicky episode so the calming feel of the audio was wonderful. 2) I feel deeply that she’s right, which helped me to really take in what she suggests. She would make statements that felt as if she knew what had happened today or knew my thoughts! Her message of acceptance is very calming and something I want to keep with me to apply to other adverse situations in my life. This was really really good.
