Loved it. Blew through it in a couple of days helped me make some powerful realizations. I'll come back to this one

A few useful nuggets. But after the first couple dozen doses of self-help, this thin volume becomes somewhat repetitious.

Platitudes and cliches. That’s all there is to this.

Clearly Robbins’ early work, where it has a fake it to you make it feel. Quick tidbits with nothing to back them up. His later works are more thoughtfully put together and will have a more lasting impact. That being said, there is an audience for this book. I believe teens could be such an audience.
