- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5A few useful nuggets. But after the first couple dozen doses of self-help, this thin volume becomes somewhat repetitious.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Short and sweet. Some good tidbits in there. A little 80s music though
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5With this book I met Antony Robbins for first time..and I’m really glad that I found him and now I can reprogram the way I see a lot of stuffs in my life and deal with them with more positivity power and action
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5So much positivity that you feel like a change person.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Platitudes and cliches. That’s all there is to this.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Clearly Robbins’ early work, where it has a fake it to you make it feel. Quick tidbits with nothing to back them up. His later works are more thoughtfully put together and will have a more lasting impact. That being said, there is an audience for this book. I believe teens could be such an audience.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Simple concrete advice
