Review:Ever since I was little I loved the Junie B Jones series. Junie B always is doing something different. This book children can relate to because they are right around Junie B's age. Junie B Jones is funny and it makes children want to read to see what she's going to do next. The overall message of this book is great as well, be appreciative for what you have and that money isn't everything.Summary: This children's book, Junie B Jones Is a Party Animal, by Barbara Park is about yet another story in the life of Junie B Jones. In this chapter book Junie B. Jones and her friend Grace become fascinated with their friend Lucille's nana because she is rich. Her "richie nana" has a nice car and a huge home. Junie B and Grace are invited to sleep over Lucille's Nana's house but they see that having a fancy house is not all what its worked up to be.

This one was decent. Nothing overly funny and ends with no fan fare. Kids liked it but not as much as many of the other ones.

Readers can make connections based on their experiences of sleepovers they have had. Also in my opinion the book passes along the message that things may not always be as they appear, it is important to respect others properties, follow the rules, but even more significant be happy with who you are and what you have.

This book in the series is all about Junie B attending a sleepover at Lucille’s. Of course Junie B messes things up at the sleepover due to her outgoing, obnoxious attitutude. The story is entertaining and hysterical because Lucille’s house is elegant, classy, and pretty much untouchable, which is the exact opposite of Junie B. As you read the story Junie B manages to break something, ruin a tablecloth, and break all the rules of the house. This story is relatable for little kids when they go over other people’s houses and have to respect their rules. The main idea of this story is to respect others property and have manners.

Although my daughter loves this series, I do not feel that same way. I encourage her to read and am glad that she does, but I don’t approve of the grammar used.

Junie B. and Grace get to spend the night at Lucille’s house. They are very excited to meet Lucille’s rich Nanna and explore her fancy house, but they discover that in this house most items are hands off. Between getting in trouble and ruining expensive things, Junie B. is glad to leave!
