    Gato Pinto is a chapter book about different vignettes. IF you like Joe Hayes and enjoy local New Mexico story telling with wonder, wisdom and warm humor this is a book for class. Several of the stories are based with animals and story telling foundations. It is a bilingual book in sense because there are many terms listed throughout. Great for read aloud and even upcoming reader.Animals, geography, traditions, culture
