      Was able to used techniques suggested without even realizing I was using. Results better conversations. More comfortable with a one on one. Amazing to met. Guess my subconscious mind picked up more than I knew. Good book

      he's written this for shy people. for read this unless you're a shy person. he frequently addresses you as shy person throughout the book.
