About this audiobook
In a rare New York appearance, the beloved British author of Old Filth and The Man in the Wooden Hat, the funny, romantic and surprising paired novels about a 50-year marriage between a crusty British barrister and his sparkling surprising Betty, discusses these books and her brand-new third chapter in this remarkable series, Last Friends. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If you are a Jane Gardam fan, this is a pleasant way to spend an hour in traffic. Most of the discussion focuses on the Old F.I.L.T.H. trilogy. Interspersed you will encounter some fun facts about her personal life. My real regret is that Scribd does not offer any of the trilogy or at least dud not when I wrote this review. Although I have read the trilogy in its entirety, listening to it would be fun.
