- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This audio-book would probably be easier to follow if you also had the text-version of the book. Tables, figures and lists may be missing or hard to follow when listning.
I guess the book was OK, but don't expect to learn lots of tricks for remembering or studying (though there are some). It's more about why the brain age (and you start to forget and have trouble learning) in general - and why it may age unusually quickly in particular - than about teaching you to remember.
The book contains lots of interesting stuff about why our brain age, how to detect a problem, and what you can do to slow this down.3 people found this helpful
