Ahhh, so pretentious... And boring... When you hit the roof (with character powers) , you must make another... And further on, and on...

I have enjoyed it a way more than I had expected.
I knew it was going to be a slow and long story so I was prepared, I was ready for a long and slow story. No surprises here.
I knew it was going to be some kind of tale of heroes, legends prophecies, different races and all that. And I got the beginning of such tale (15 hours for prologue, yeah, this kind of slow :)). No surprises here too.
In this specific genre, in this specific tropes this book is done quite well. It could have be done much better by not rewriting entire story, but by polishing the good parts and lessening the bad ones.

The voice acting is good. Women's voices do sound a little bit funny, but I quickly became used to it.

Now, I feel like I just have watched a season of fantasy TV show. :))

I don't like leaving bad reviews for books, especially one that I really really wanted to like but this book was so... I can't even put words to it. It couldn't keep my attention so many characters with no real explanation. So much random stuff happening and seen changes without any kind of warning and I rewind it to go listen to it again and it still makes no sense

The first few chapters were rough and I almost put the book down, but after chapter 3 it got very good. I don’t generally give 5 stars unless the book is exceptional.
