- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The habits set out in the book are very basic but that is exactly the reason why they are so easily overlooked by people, and therefore neglected in practice. Covey presents an interesting, all encompassing, principles-based way of living your life. I listened to the audiobook version in 1 week during my drives to and from work. I would definitely recommend The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Even if you aren’t going to use Covey’s entire system, just thinking about some of his points will be beneficial.
