- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Some good tips, but far too many repeated ‘affirmations’ at the end of every chapter. I felt these were unnecessary, boring and devalued the other content.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Really bad ... If this 52 week formula was going to function as an audio-book, each chapter would have to be listened to one at a time, once a week. The average audio-book enthusiast just doesn't listen in that way. And so, sitting here, I'd made it through week 6, just attempting to listen to it like any other audio-book, and I just couldn't do it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A favorite. I’ve listened to this one at least ten times straight through. Inspirational, actionable advice and activities in bite sized chunks, plus a great affirmation. Highly recommended!
