- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I absolutely loved this series. It was so much fun to listen to!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I read the series out of order, but actually enjoyed it more. Book 2, 3, 4, The Queen novella, then book 1. What a captivating story that Cass has created. Can't wait for the Warner Bros. movie version coming out in a few years!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5hot
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Idk the book didn't catch me, it was so so
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I could not put this down!! Hands down one of the best books I’ve read, luckily I can continue to the next! The writing was great, the love triangle even better! I felt like it was a mix of the hunger games (with out the violence) and the bachelor!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Amazing start to the series. I really enjoyed the different characters and learning about them. America is definitely a strong main character and I loved reading about her relationships with different characters in the book, especially Marlee and Maxon.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5this book does not need words to express how amazing it is and I can go on and on about it but in short I love it!! ? ?
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Narration was excellent. Story was lacking. Wished it had been better plotted.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I read this book in high-school. I loved it then. I honestly thought I had out grown it and I wouldn't like it as much now but the funny thing is I think I might like it even more now.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I LOVED IT!! I listened to the whole thing in one day!!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Loved the story line, great characters, leaves you wanting to listen to one more chapter even if you're tired. Enjoy!
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I don't know if YA is getting more predictable or if I've somehow just become a snob, but I miss being surprised, and I saw the end coming maybe fifty pages in. It's really disheartening because I love the genre, I love dystopian novels, but I'm starting to wonder if it's all really played out and I should move on to more "adult" reading material like my age begs me to do.
I really wanted to love this book. I really did. It was simply too slow, too boring, too fluffy without any solid substance behind it at all, and with the main character having the absolute stupidest name I've ever heard, I just couldn't. The book tried, I tried, but we both fell incredibly short.
Excuse my while I go twirl my fork menacingly. *snort* - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The Selection Book 1 is a very light hearted novel to get into if you’re looking for something that isn’t a heavy read.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was a VERY good book but narration was TERRIBLY bad. The only way to get rid of it was setting the speed to 0.8 x, which helped. A little. Anyway, I liked it a LOT.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I wasn’t sure about this one when I first selected it. I have to say I was surprised. I couldn’t put it down and really really loved it.

I just love it
I love Maxine
The 1-8 is sad - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5It was very slow to get started and it's more for young readers. I'm hoping I can make it to the end without getting bored. If nothing else, I'll flip to the last several chapters to see the end. I would let's preteen read this book. The four stars that I gave this book was because I kept reading and because I think a young preteen wouldn't blush reading this book.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I liked the story but I actually hated the main character America she was kind annoying
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Love it so muchhhhh. I understand the hype surrounding this book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The Selection is truly the best dystopian novel that I have read. It is a great love story that has a beautiful plot. 10/10 would recommend
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Such a great series!! I read every book so fast!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I loved it but a little to vulgar for me. they should make a less vulgar version for the early teens.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It really keeps you hooked to the story, it’s very good
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5One of my favorite book series, second time reading it and I really enjoyed it
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I forgot how much I loved this book. The voice was a little bit monotone, but nice.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The narrator was the worst part of the experience. Story-wise it was okay. Fun and easy read nothing spectacular
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved this book so much...I thought I wasn't going to like it at the beginning but I just loved it more as it came to the end. I think that Aspen just ruined a lot just by being there so hopefully America makes the right choice on who she loved and loves❤??
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is one of a kind. I absolutely loved it!!! The narration was pretty good and I loved how complicated yet exciting the story was. Overall, I’d say it’s one of my favorite books.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This book sounds like it’s read by a robot.,, no emotion, no difference between the characters. Wtf. Totally horrible
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This audio is terrible I couldn’t get into the book at all, sounded awful. Not calming at all. Please take into account we do not want to hear a monotone voice in our ear the whole time.
