    About this audiobook

    Nathaniel King left NYC in 1828 to venture into the vast unexplored regions beyond Mississippi.     David Thompson is Professor of railway noise and vibration at the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research, University of Southampton, United Kingdom. He has worked in the field of railway noise since 1980, with British Rail Research in Derby, United Kingdom, and the TNO Institute of Applied Physics in the Netherlands, before moving to Southampton in 1996. He was responsible for developing the TWINS software for predicting rolling noise.

      Just what I was looking for, classic wilderness adventure of the American frontier.

      Very enjoyable reading. I've read several of this series but still have over half left to read. Last time I checked, there were 64 books in the series!
