One of the most frustrating things in life has to be staying up all night watching the minutes go by because you can't sleep. The days become longer and harder to take, and the nights are dreaded. The more we can't sleep, the more stress we put on ourselves to 'make' ourselves sleep which only causes a vicious cycle. Not focusing on sleeping, but rather relaxing and taking the pressure off of our minds enable your body to fall back into it's normal healthy cycle. This will also work for meditation to just relax and ease the stress of the day, or as a way of deepening your sleep. Do not listen to while driving or operating equipment.
