- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Over simplistic characters and plotting. Very cardboard cutout. There’s a lot of graphic sex, and it’s written fairly awkwardly, without advancing the relationship or plotting in any significant way. It may be better to read it rather than listen. My views are no doubt highly influenced by the narrator, who has a tendency to make every character sound whiny and less than intelligent. Her portrayal of the two main characters was painful to listen to. Also, her voice reminds me very much of Kitty from “That 70’s Show” except she’s whinier and speaks more nasally. Awful.
