    3 DISAPPOINTING STARS .
I Had really high expectations for tis one, but then the only thing the book talked about was this little three word syllables ( wich is really begginig to annoy me at this point ) that begins with S and End with X. seriously?!. as much as I love this two but Allie really annerved me.
not even in the middle of the book and i was like * This is absurd you clearly love him! Just do it you thickheaded womemen, and get over with!*

    *exasperated sigh*

this book gave me a headache.

I so hope the net one would be bearable..

Since I loved the first book Flight so much, I had to get my hands on this book. It did not disappoint me!So the plot dives right back into Allie going to college. And of course she is facing lots of decisions. Decisions about her, Levi, and her future. I like the plot gets better after the first half of the book. For me the first part of the book was well like a filler. Nothing really was moving or happening till the later on. Once you get past that first part, things begin happening. Now, the love interest. The first part of the book bothered me a bit. Allie does this annoying thing of going back and forth. (NO! I don't you! But, Yes I do!) Chick, you giving me whiplash! Once Allie makes up her mind, things finally flow smoothly with Levi. Though she still keeps Levi at a distance, Allie is learning more about herself and Levi. I'm hoping in the next book Allie will allow herself to fall in love completely and be trusting.Focus takes things to another level. Fast with lots of plot twist, Focus is a great adventure to read. It's easy yet predictable.

I really loved Flight and have been looking forward to reading Focus since I finished it. Focus begins with Allie and Hailey moving into their dorm at Tulane to begin their freshman year. Allie is still really mad at Levi for tricking her into becoming his mate, and is a bit overwhelmed with exactly what that entails. She also is a little perturbed by the fact that either Jared, Owen, or Levi is in all of her classes and one of them always walks her to and from her dorm. At night, of course, Hailey is there to protect her, which she doesn't mind, since Hailey has quickly become her best friend. She gets even more frustrated with Levi when he makes sure that anyone of the male species is quickly cut off if they try to talk to her. Even though she gives Levi a really hard time, she can't deny her feelings or attraction to him, and Levi is very persistent and determined to get what he wants. As Levi's mate, Allie is required to attend quite a few "functions," with him, and as she learns more about the society, she also realizes how deeply she is now a part of it. She quickly finds out that being Levi's mate also paints her as a target for those who wish to hurt him. When a few dangerous incidents occur involving Allie and her friends, she decides that she needs to learn how to fight. She asks Jared, who has become a really good friend to her, to teach her, which turns out to be something that comes in very handy a whole lot sooner than anyone anticipated. Levi finally begins to open up to Allie and tell her more about what is really going on, which is a big step towards their reconciliation, since one Allies biggest qualms is not being able to trust Levi. Things finally seem to be going well between her and Levi, then someone from Allie's past makes an appearance back into her life, causing her to realize just how much she cares for Levi, but Allie isn't aware of just how far this person is willing to go to have her and what he is capable of doing to manipulate her. I really enjoyed Focus. I totally fell for Levi in the first book and was so excited to see more of him in Focus. Not only is he hot, he really cares about Allie, and is very patient with her, considering everything, yet he is also very protective. As much as Levi has opened up to her, there are still some big secrets he hasn't let her in on, which becomes apparent towards the end of the book. I liked Allie, and understand where she was coming from, though I thought she "doth protest a little too much" before finally giving in to Levi. I didn't care for Jared too much in Flight, but I really loved him in Focus. I can't wait to see where Alyssa Rose Ivy takes his character next in the story, and I am also really curious about his attraction to Allie's friend Tiffany and where that may go. We also get to know Hailey, Owen, and their new friend Anne, who is a hoot, better in this installment. I loved the paranormal premise in this book which is fresh, unique, and creative. The book is fast paced and I found myself reading it in one sitting, because I couldn't wait to see what happened next. The chemistry between Levi and Allie is undeniable and the romance is really hot, as is Levi. That mixed in with the mystery surrounding the Pterons and the Society, along with the danger, conspiracy, and the paranormal elements, make Focus a very interesting read. I have to say I did not see the ending coming and was totally surprised by what happened, and I absolutely cannot wait to see what happens next in Found. Alyssa Rose Ivy has set the scene for a very interesting and intense sequel. I just hope I don't get my heart broken, because I really want to see things work for Levi and Allie. If you can't tell, I am team Levi all the way. If you are a paranormal romance lover, and are looking for a fresh twist and a lot of excitement, then The Crescent Chronicles is one series that I would definitely recommend checking out.

Now that Allie is forced to stay in New Orleans she is settling in to her new collage and life. Allie quickly learns that no matter her feelings she is in deep with Levi and there is nothing she can do about it.Allie tends to make really stupid rash decisions. I totally see the reason for this being that she tends to get left in the dark a lot but it does tend to be a tad annoying. SO much drama could be prevented if she had just a tad bit of faith in others but I can see why she is hesitant to trust after the events that landed her where she is. I really enjoy the supporting characters, I loved seeing the friendship between Allie and Jared evolve. We get to know Jared a little more and his personalty flaws totally make sense now. The development of Allie and Levi's relationship was frustrating at times but totally fit in with their characters and made sense. Levi turns out to be a pretty awesome guy and I love where things are heading with them. They fit together well. The storyline moves at a nice pace and I was never bored with the events that happened. I really dislike Levi's Dad and continue to love his Mom after FOCUS. I cant imagine what I will think of Levi's Dad after book 3.You will end the book on a cliffhanger so be forewarned. I'm dying to know what happens next, there is major stuff happening at the end of FOCUS and and I just know Allie is going to do something stupid once again that puts everyone in even more danger then they have to be.
