- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Enjoyed the early chapters for both the body and mind. Interesting points throughout the book to think about and motivate to keep both fit and healthy. Too many supplements (natural) mentioned to buy them all but personally prefer eating healthily - did take on board a couple of the food suggestions though. A few bookmarked points to certainly go back to when in need of a bit of support.

"What you get by reaching your goal is not nearly as important as what you become by reaching them." (Zig Zigler) Become a bit better each day, and you will become a fit, healthy person.
