About this audiobook

Self Love is one of six in the "Food For Thought" collection, but can also be purchased separately here by clicking on "Add to cart" above.

This guided imagery program for improving self-esteem allows you the opportunity to communicate with different aspects of your self that may be causing self destructive behavior subconsciously, and aids in overcoming bad habits.

The intention of this program is to increase self esteem and self acceptance. Positive messages to enhance self esteem and self love are included throughout this guided meditation program, as you are guided to use your imagination to meet the inner guide or higher self, the inner teen, and the inner child.

By acknowledging these aspects of your self, accepting them, and bringing them together in harmony, you can then experience self acceptance and self love.

It was great! I plan on listening again in the near future.

Too much going on in the meditation. Piano music, wind chimes, birds, waves and speaking. I actually found the sound to be a bit agitating.
