      This is a Wonderful book! Very useful in understanding your difficult journey.

      When pointing out political examples, the author views the right side as evil and seems to think there is no examples to be found on the left. Must be nice to live in that bubble!

      Not very informative as far as defending yourself from narcissists but just a bunch of stories about oh poor narcissist and their life struggle person looking for a book like this most likely doesn't care to hear the sob stories as we've been torn down by these terrible people.

      Really interesting book by a narcissist about narcissism. It also gave me insights into my own narcissistic moments, though I wouldn't qualify as an extreme narcissist, but it helped me understand the role shame can play in some of my decision making.

      Very insightful. It has helped a lot to understand the narcissist in our family and to validate the restraining order. I do wish the nasty language was not directly quoted. A mention of a string of profanities would have been sufficient.
