- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was great and very inspirational. Implemented the stuff immediately
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5inspirational to the hilt.... made me to put on my thinking hat and make a difference.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A short, simple book, with a short, beautiful message; service matters. It doesn't matter if you work in customer service, if you are president of a major corporation, or if you are a bagger at a food mart; everyone has something to give the rest of the world. Building his book around Johnny, a special bagger at a food store, Blanchard shows how the smallest act of kindness, and individuality can make or break and company or relationship. The entire book is living proof that you can give yourself away, without losing anything.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Inspiring and made me realized that relationships are built on memories.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Great messages- but short, and poorly suited for an audiobook. It was inspiring, and I found myself being nicer to my customers while listening to it-- but it's not much of a book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I'm excited to apply all the things I heard on my current job!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Excellent read with excellent illustrations. I would listen in again
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Simple, short and a total game changer! Must read! Loved it!
