- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I like Dr. Hyman and his work but I was expecting to hear him read/narrate his book, not to listen to a one-hour lecture. I don't consider what I got for this as my listening to an audiobook version of his book - it was something else, entirely, even if he covered much of the same material.
