I like Dr. Hyman and his work but I was expecting to hear him read/narrate his book, not to listen to a one-hour lecture. I don't consider what I got for this as my listening to an audiobook version of his book - it was something else, entirely, even if he covered much of the same material.

solid info based on science. I especially liked his explanations of how fat does not make us fat and the negative side effects of statin drugs.

This isn’t the actual audiobook. It’s an audio recording of a seminar he gave during the book tour ?

There are said many truths that we sometimes no longer realize. It is an extensive analysis of several factors, I recommend. The low carb approach should be naturally implemented in our dietetary.

This was a very condensed version of how insulin is causing people to be fat. It was extremely informative and inspires me to keep it simple and to do more research. The author has a great sense of humor and just makes sense.

Some new discoveries and important insights regarding the truth about saturated fats and why we need to have them in our diets to be healthy longterm. Hail the butter, ghee and coconut oil and to heck with those other vegetable oils.
