      GOD! THAT WAS BRILLIANT!!! I was drawn in this book since the first page.... LITTERALY. I JUST SPENT THE WHOLE FREAKING DAY READING IT. I just couldn't PUT IT Down. Since only the audiobook is available here on scribd I was forced to get the numeric version cuz I knew this was a book I would want to READ and not LISTEN to. that being said this has been a wonderful ride. Nicholas is reallyyyyyy a ROYAL ASS BUT... he's a fine, down to earth and loving ROYAL ASS so he gets a pass :) and Liv... jeez Liv is literally everything I want to be and she's not even a real person.... I think I just became a fan of Emma Chase's works!!!

      I loved the strong leading lady. She wasn't insecure. It wasn't one of those "I let insecurity blind me and keep us apart" plots. Great book!

      I thoroughly enjoyed the narration! I know I would've liked this book either way--Emma chase magic and all, but the narration brought it up a notch.

      This book was just wow.. Wow. I certainly loved it. And the writer really knows how to pull a reader in with words and descriptions. And I loved the narrators as well. It’s definitely a book for mature readers. There are A LOT of very descriptive sexual parts. And they are highly entertaining.

      As a first book by this author goes, this one is a blinder. A fantastically enjoyable story. Both Olivia and Nicholas are fantastic characters and so are Henry, Simon and Fanny. Was a bit sad Nicholas had to abdicate but its still a HEA ending so all good!! Also the narrators were excellent and brought the story to life fabulously.

      This was the best love story yet and as always Shane and Andi did an epic job narrating. I love every detail of the story ups and downs. And I think it was so realistic in how a Royal Monarch would totally be, Queen E and her royal’s would be like.

      This was a fantastic book! The character development was perfection! Franny was only in a few chapters towards the middle, yet the author made her one of my absolute favorite side characters of any book I’ve read so far! Written in a way that really allows you to feel along with the main characters!

      These two thoroughly surprised me.

      I love Nicholas and Olivia together. Olivia puts Nicholas in his place when he starts using his ranking to win his way and Nicholas brings out a more carefree side of Olivia, helping her forget the stress of her family pie shop.

      I fell in love with these two so deeply that it even surprised me when Nicholas told Olivia about having to marry someone else. Even though its the first thing we learn in the book! It's an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish and Olivia just wants to stay with the guy she loves for as long as possible, through thick and thin.

      The side characters also make this book. Henry and Ellie are hilarious and I am hoping that they both have a book in their future.
