- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5On point! This book is funny and practical at the same time. It's been super helpful. Implementing some of Dana's tips, I went through all of my family's dirty laundry, some of which hadn't been washed in years, because other things always had to be washed first, and, in less than 2 weeks, found that the laundry hampers are all empty and the floors cleared of the piles of dirty laundry. I had no more dirty clothes to wash! I also had to donate two garbage bags full of clothes in order for the clean laundry to fit in the drawers. And it wasn't draining or overwhelming! Amazing! Oh and my counter has been free of dirty dishes 85% of the day, every day! My husband has even started putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher for the first time since I married him, almost 20 years ago ? All of these changes in just 2 weeks! I wouldn't have thought impossible, but all it took was two little routine changes!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Sooo good! Learned a lot from this! So thankful for this book!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5So good...Dana’s fun & quirky sense of humour shines throughout!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Loved every minute of this book I will be reading it again and again I loved it as much as her other book on decluttering if not more thank you Dana for speaking to the slob on Me! I definitely have slob vision and TPAD big time. I wish my house would stay perfect without effort but the truth is all in your book. I love your style of writing thank you thank you thank you
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5So helpful & motivating! She didn't criticize or judge the level of clutter/ mess. I was very productive listening to it! I am going to give it another listen to keep the momentum! Thanks Dana!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5highly recommend for the real world struggle of mums everywhere
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved this book! It is the second book by this author that I have read.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am an already reformed slob, and can keep my house clean, but still loved listening to this book. The narrator/author is very entertaining. I still was able to glean some good advice. I enjoyed it so much I may listen to it again.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book helped me so much! I was drowning in clutter and never understood why I couldn’t conquer it. Dana helped me understand that I viewed housework as a project... and some things are not projects (I.e. dishes).
One of my other great takeaways was decluttering a space without making a bigger mess. I will no longer pull everything out of a drawer/closet/shelf/etc. instead, I look for the easy things first (trash and things that have a home elsewhere). That has made the biggest difference in my home over the past year!!! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Out of all the cleaning books I’ve read, this one has probably been the most helpful. It’s simple (and maybe a little too simple for those of you with already clean homes), but it was great at helping me shift my mind to tackle household chores before they get out of control!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is the best decluttering book that I have read. It speaks to the person who is not naturally organized and gives several ah ha! moments. Wish I had found this book sooner!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It made perfect sense to me because I am also a slob. The solutions work.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As a slob myself... I felt like I could have personally written this book. Every single call out.... well GUILTY AS CHARGED. she was SPOT on. I can’t thank her enough for writing the perfect guide to defeating my slobness my children and my husband thank you dearly too.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved it, entertaining and helpful, and oh so relatable!!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It is like she is talking straight to me. So good and helpful.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5So smart!!! I don’t need to pick up trash for 5 minutes or wash 6 loads of dishes in one day, but I do need to declutter.Dana’s method of Decluttering without making a mess is brilliant!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Loved it! Great, reasonable tips that help manage expectations. I look forward to implementing her advice in my own home!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This author gets me! Absolutely loved this book. Life changing!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Simple steps that have changed our home. Just do the dishes!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Finally a book that gets me! This relates to real people who have very real struggles with the mundaneness of "keeping house" when there are so many other things to do that are so much more fun. Real advice. Real practical advice - not the rehashed stuff that we hear on every tv show or read in every magazine. Dana K. White takes a slightly less conventional, but far more sustainable approach. Thank you!
