- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Yes, I learned a good bit about breastfeeding but the title suggests this is a guide to breastfeeding. A large portion of the end of the book was all about social norms, and how people who are breast phobic should look at a bunch of pictures of babies breastfeeding to get over it. That doesn't fall under a "guide" for me. The actual tips and advice about breastfeeding were great, but I could have done without the rant in the last quarter.
