    A well structured program to improve and sustain overall health and well being. Dr. Sears developed this methodology during his own recovery from colon cancer.The five steps essentially pertain to diet, grazing, moving, stress less, and sharing. Each topic is discussed in depth and lays out an easy to follow practice highlighted with charts and graphics.I have incorporated the changes into my own lifestyle and have felt the improvement on a daily basis. Paying attention and practicing leads to results which all of us can attain with this common sense book.
