- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Excellent book of substance. Very important to understand the dynamics involved in the boundaries with other humans. Verbose and repetitive at times and a reader that does not help with its slightly presumptuous tone, it could do with a bit more lightness. Still, it is a good foundation if one wants to understand boundaries.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5It was pretty insightful but would be a lot more useful with the downloadable documents alongside (which I didn't download).
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I found this book to be really easy to understand and integrate as truth. A topic like codependency and boundaries can include a lot of information that although validating may not actually be applicable. I found this book’s material to be both straightforward and helpful.
