      The book was a great read, full of emotion. I was quite disappointed with the ending however. I'm all for an unexpected finale, but it was too far-fetched for my liking. It could have developed more. Especially when Sarah finds out the truth and then what she did with it ?
      It wasn't a cliffhanger. It was a jump-off-the-cliff-and-tumble-down-to-the-rocky-deadly-bottom ending ?

      Sooo good. Loved the back and forth seeing the relationships and story develop.

      Figured out the twists early on thanks to blatant "clues". I would have been very upset if this was a book I was listening to intently instead of a passive listen (while working and doing house work).
      The book, overall, felt like the ending was rushed. there's a good premise and overall idea but it's not executed as well as it could have been.

      It's like a good Lifetime movie on paper. I enjoyed the drama and intrigue. It's a story that you have to see through to the end as you do wonder and care about the characters.

      This book was amazing. So many twists and turns! I am usually pretty good at figuring out the ending of books, but this one had me surprised. I feel like the characters were my friends and I’m going to miss them. This is just a story about two families and how the past affects them.

      This was one of the best audio books I listened to thus far and I’ve been listening for years. The intertwining story and suspenseful ending was perfect! The narration was on point, feeling each emotion of every character. I HIGHLY recommend!
