      Alex & River: a much needed break for a nurse and a rancher from two different ends of the country have a hot week in the Florida keys. What was supposed to be a one time thing turns out to be much more. These two are so hot together and unbelievable hilarious. Especially when their friends and family come into the picture. Really great story. Though it is really long. I had to break it up by reading another book in between.

      The holiday romance between River and Alex really brought all the spice early on. River believed she knew what type of Cowboy Alex was and that was a player but when she got down to know him River started to see a different side to his playboy ways.

      Taming Him had a very predictable storyline and nothing seemed to be questionable to River when she happily decided to move her life to the other side of the country for a man she wasn't even sure wanted her. Their story dragged on more than it should have and after Rivers' surprise visit to see Alex, it became boring. The tropes were very predictable and the cliche's annoyed me more than anything.

      Now that I've read and listened to all the Bishop brothers books I still really like this book but I wish their was more story when River found out she was pregnant in Milwaukee and her getting to Texas

      I still love this book and Rivers and Alex's chemistry!. Totally recommend

      Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author...I loved Alex! This is the first book I have ever read from this author. I was a little wary at first because of some reviews I had read from previous books, and I was hoping that the Main characters here wouldn't go that route, I don't condone cheating, and let me tell you it didn't happen here. Since the moment Alex met River he was all about her and he was so sweet and sexy, I myself am ready for a cowboy. River did have a hard time going back and forth in her mind with her insecurities but she did give him a chance and was happy she did..Love the secondary characters, Natalie was awesome and can't wait for Jackson's story..Enjoy!
