The winter solstice is quickly approaching, and Prince Maxim shows Jaime the enjoyment and excitement to be found in a land that embraces the ice and cold, and the mysteries of all things magical. He learns to see the man under the royal mantle, and Maxim is more than even Jaime suspected.

      It was nice and sweet, but it got a little boring because other than the romance there is no real plot. Jaime’s secrets are not shocking and they don’t add anything important to the plot. The characters are a little bland and the romance was a little instalove-y but it was entertaining.

      This book is pure fluff and gay love. There's no real plot, the "love" appears from literally no where. Absolutely no substance, but a fun fantasy world and interesting world building
