About this audiobook
Rebel, Pawn, King is book #4 in Morgan Rice’s bestselling epic fantasy series Of Crowns and Glory, which begins with Slave, Warrior, Queen.
17 year old Ceres, a beautiful, poor girl from the Empire city of Delos, wakes to find herself imprisoned. Her army destroyed, her people captured, the rebellion quashed, she has to somehow pick up the pieces after being betrayed. Can her people ever rise again?
Thanos sails for the Isle of Prisoners, thinking Ceres is alive, and finds himself in a trap of his own. In his dangerous voyage he remains tormented by the idea of Stephania, alone, with his child, and feels torn over his life’s path. Yet as he struggles to return to Delos, to find both of his loves, he encounters a betrayal so great, his life can never be the same again.
Stephania, a woman scorned, does not sit idly back. She turns all the power of her fury on the ones she loves the most—and her treachery, the most dangerous of all, may be what finally brings the kingdom down for good.
Rebel, Pawn, King tells an epic tale of tragic love, vengeance, betrayal, ambition, and destiny. Filled with unforgettable characters and heart-pounding action, it transports us into a world we will never forget, and makes us fall in love with fantasy all over again.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I've read these books so far from start to finish, each book is even more gripping than the first, I stumbled upon this series looking for something interesting to read and found something even better.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love this series. Morgan Rice is an amazing writer. She captures her audience and keeps them hostage. Leaving them wanting more.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The book was great and I enjoyed it but cannot get to read the next book even tho it’s been paid for. Can you fix this. Thanks
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Someone once wrote in a review that Morgan Rice likes for her readers to suffer as much as her characters and I found this true with this book. The frenzied plot changes of the earlier books returned with the intrusion of main character plot lines draining my patience as I waited to find out the fate of others.
It disappoints me when Morgan writes a character but then has them perform actions that are not true to their actions. This book disappointed me on a whole for the reasons I mentioned above but Morgan is a good storyteller so I am here for the ride. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Thoroughly invested in every character of this epic series. Can't wait to see what happens next!!!
