- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The Prisoner of Night is a fantastic story of captivity, courage, and endurance of suffering brought by another, which was from a family member. Although, the painful abuses, ending up destroying the individual life and being. Nevertheless, at the end of it all, love was what brought the healing joy, and happiness gave both the man and the others hope. Including the ability to let go and forgiveness, the will to start afresh, and face the new world. With someone that is meant for him love helps to define all.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This should NOT be considered part of the BDB series. It exists in the BDB world, but that's literally it. Also, the characters were flat, the romance was cheesy and unbelievable, and the writing was prosey. Ugh!! Literally almost couldn't finish this one.
