      Great holiday novella! I love age gap romance and that this time it's the girl who goes after the guy. This story also tells us much more about the Vendari people and their culture. Can't wait for Gile and Mire's story. Too bad the other books aren't on audio but I'll be getting them on KU.

      A quick return back to the world of TL with her mix of human females and alien males. This book takes a look as Gerard and the human he saved Holly. She's in love with him and he thinks she only feels that because he saved her. Most of the story is these two arguing about their feelings or Holly crying. It got annoying after awhile. What I did enjoy was the humans teaching the aliens about their Christmas traditions and trying to get used to and normalize their new home. The story is a slow burn and the sex is hot. But this but my favorite of the series.

      It has real issues to be dealt with and different personalities interwoven into the whole. Enjoyed it very much.
