If this type of intelligence is emotional, you already imagine it's not the kind of thing you learn in school or depends on mathematical equations or formulas bizarre. Basically, emotional intelligence is the ability a person has to realize, understand, evaluate and manage their emotions and also the emotions of others in a positive way.
For more than at first, it may seem easy, manage their emotions is not exactly the easiest task in the world. It takes self-criticism, reflection, meditation and empathy - just to name a few factors.
