    This is a cute little self-help/health book offering 365 bite-sized tips on increasing your energy. Each page is numbered as "energy booster 85 [86, 87, etc.]" and offers a paragraph or two of information. Entries range from simple, do-it-today suggestions such as "Eat a Sweet Potato" and "Flap Your Jaws" (chew peppermint gum) to longer-term endeavors such as "Make Sure You're Not Clinically Depressed" and "Build a Support Network." Other suggestions include using herbs and supplements, crystals, various foods, movements and exercises, adjusting sleep patterns, and recognizing and/or tweaking your thoughts and emotions in a variety of areas. Entries read like the snippets from magazines-- "Give the Dog the Boot: Studies have shown that folks who sleep with their pets have more trouble sleeping than others..."

    There's something for everyone here, whether you are young or old, male or female, new-agey or science-minded.
