- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Well, the book took me 100 days to complete, so it is a slow read (I am kidding here). This did help me out with some things, and reinforced some other things while I am dieting and exercising. Some of it was common sense and other things in the book made really take a deeper look at myself and my eating habits.
I know most people want to know if it works. I have lost a total of about 60 pounds doing this. I believe that part of it is due to this book. Having a daily exercise to do and encouragement helps out.
I do recommend this book, but know that just reading the book will not help you out. You have to commit to changing yourself and your habits. This book helps. - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This book has some good ideas for diet motivation and inspiration, many of them revolving around keeping notes in a journal. There are assignments for each of 100 days. I read this book straight through, but I might considering purchasing it in the future and working on each assignment, one day at a time.
