      It definitely gave me another idea on how to not be stuck on making resolutions every year. I particularly liked the idea of making "to be" lists instead of the everyday "to do" lists.

      Great simple concept that can make a big difference in someone's life. When looking up, it can be God, Source, Your higher self, Buddha, a departed love one, whoever you feel comfortable with. Don't let that detail keep you from living your new life.

      Nice concept but too preachy for me when one of 3 steps involves looking to god for your one word to be given to you. Surely there’s a way to communicate these ideas in a less fundamentalist way.
