    Preface

    Dear Reader,

    I wrote this Dissertation as part of obtaining my degree about 5y ago. Since then I have given it to interested people but never before pursued publication. Recently I realized there is an audience out there who is searching for answers to their chronic health issues.

    Having been on this journey personally (and trust me, it sucks!), and having confronted my personal monsters head on, I can say unequivocally that it works, but you must show no fear and be willing to do the work. The abbreviated version of ‘My Story’: in the beginning of my journey I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and CFIDS. Many years later, with no sign of the original illnesses I am still recovering my health but CAN say the psychological issues are no longer contributing to the problem. When confronted, my monsters were really big shadows cast on the wall by little mice from my past!

    This was written to show parents how to (hopefully) save their child from being traumatized and incurring a chronic illness later in life as a result. One can also get an understanding of our own Inner Child and why we are the
