    A good selection of common clinical problems. It is a good refresher for Primary care Physicians, Internist as well as Dermatologist. The clinical slides are of good quality and the discussion is relevant and of practical value.

1.  A is the correct answer.  Sarcoidosis is not a part of CREST Syndrome.  CREST Syndrome is a group of disorders that include Calcinosis, Raynaud's Esophageal Motility Disorders, Sclerodactyly, and Telangiectasia.  It is a form of scleroderma.

2. Which of the following is not a cause of Erythema Multiforme?

A. Herpes Simplex Virus

B. Pregnancy

C. Syphllis

D. Penicillin

2.  C is the correct answer.  Syphllis is not a cause of Erythema Multiforme.  Erythema Multiforme is a Type IV Hypersensitivity reaction that occurs in a variety of conditions and has many causes.  The major causes of erythema multiforme include the following:  herpes simplex virus, pregnancy, connective tissue disease, and occasionally malignancy.  Some of the major drugs that can cause erythema multiforme
