      The book gives a lot of advice for single women who want to get a boyfriend or who want to marry. The author gives advice on a lot of specifics, such as how to dress sexy but not slutty, how to get a man's attention but not chase him, and how to behave during the first few dates. She also gives advice on how to evaluate the men you date.

    It’s been a few years since the original Man Magnet came out and I thought it was high time that a revised edition was in order. As the years have passed, I’ve noticed an overwhelming response to the book and I have to admit I’ve been made proud. What has most struck me was the fact that Man Magnet seemed to help women gain more self-confidence. And that’s what I was after all along. Self-confidence is the key to obtaining anything a person wants in life. If you are confident enough to go after it, most times, you will acquire your goal, whether it’s to get a better job or to land the man of your dreams.

    But, yeah, Man Magnet. It’s what all women really want to be, isn’t it? We all want to be that woman who can attract any man, any time and any place. With the tools in this book, you can do that. It’s not that hard. God already gave you everything you need in order to attract the men you most desire. But, again, without that self-confidence it will be hard.

    So my wish for you is to read this book and to take away a greater understanding of what it entails to be more self-confidence and more of a man magnet. To be a man magnet is to be proud to be a woman. It is to be empowered and what I most want for you is to feel empowered. (Ah, that’s such a good word, isn’t it? Empowered!) To be a man magnet is to take control of your own destiny and to feel in control of your own life and the choices you make in your dating world.

    Dating isn’t that hard. What’s hard is playing games and feeling inferior to the demands of dating. With so many so-called rules out there, it’s no wonder our heads spin with the choices we can or can’t make. What Man Magnet does is to boil it down to brass tacks. Man Magnet is about traditional dating advice and most times, that’s what really works.

    You have to keep in mind that men love women. They want a woman. It doesn’t really matter what color your hair is or what your clothes look like. It’s about showing your availability of just being a woman. It’s about letting these men know that you are out there and you are ready to find someone. It’s about showing your vulnerability sometimes and, at other times, showing your strengths. It’s about not being afraid to be who you are and to not make any excuses for it.

    It’s about being a man magnet and being proud of it.

    So, good luck to you. Always stay safe and remember, you are who you are for a reason. Never try to change it. Sure, you can tweak a little here or there but never, ever sell yourself short. You deserve the best you can get and you can get it by being the best you that you can be. Now that’s not too hard to figure out, is it?

    Introduction

    Most women, generally speaking, don’t have much trouble attracting men. It’s true. You know it and I know it. However, this is not the problem. The problem is that we have trouble attracting the more desirable guys, the good ones. We’re all man magnets, even if we’re not attracting the right guys. I know plenty of women who are bum magnets and lots more who are pest magnets. But there is a special breed of woman who attracts just about any guy she wants. She is a man magnet.

    You want to be that woman, don’t you? You want to be able to attract the good guys and take your pick. The great thing is, you can be that woman. The better thing is, it doesn’t take that much to be her. Yes, it will take some work and it will take some time, but you can do it. You’ve been given everything you need to be able to attract the kind of guy you’ve always wanted. But first, there’s some work that needs to be done.

    That’s what this book is about. It’s about knowing that there is a good guy—or guys—out there for you. Now don’t think I am going to tell you it’s going to be easy, because it’s not. But that doesn’t mean you have to make it more difficult than it is. And that’s the problem with dating nowadays—everyone is making it difficult. Everyone is a game-player or everyone is looking for someone perfect for them. Everyone is making something so innately human into a game that only a fool would play.

    That’s what we’re going to concentrate on. This book is about how to stop playing games with others—and with yourself—and get out there and find a good man. A man who will be nice to you. A man who will love you for you, not for some image you’ve presented to him in hopes that he’ll like you more and want to keep you around. A man who, simply, loves you. This book can help you do that if you take the initiative to help yourself.

    So what makes this book so different from the other dating books out there? This one is honest, that’s what. This one is going to be one hard truth after another. I am not going to hold any punches. I’m going to tell you how to be a man magnet, what to look out for and who to avoid. I’m going to dispel myths and, hopefully, some of your frustrations.

    On the other hand, if you’re perfectly content being single, then this isn’t the book for you. Then again, if you were perfectly content being single, you wouldn’t have picked this book up. This is a no frills kind of book. And sometimes that’s the only way we can see things for the way they truly are. It might sting a little at first, but in the end, we’re better off knowing the truth.

    I’m going to go into detail about how you can turn yourself into a man magnet and attract the best possible guy for you. There are some universal truths and very common sense things that routinely seem to get overlooked. This is the kind of stuff I’m gong to focus on. I’m going to concentrate on teaching you to use what God gave you to land a good man and how you can attract men no matter what their social standing is, no matter how good looking they are.

    The most important thing this book will teach you is that there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re not a horrible, unlovable person just because you haven’t found someone yet or can’t seem to attract the guys you’d rather be with. It’s not your fault. Perhaps you’ve just been misguided. What’s wrong, maybe, is the way you approach dating. If and when you can approach it from a realistic point of view and know what you’re up against, then you can truly turn yourself into a man magnet. And once you do that, there’ll be no stopping you.

    You’re a smart girl, aren’t you? You’re successful and mostly nice to everyone you meet. It’s just the guys are so… Well, they’re jerks, aren’t they? No matter how many men you meet, none of them live up to your expectations or, perhaps, you don’t live up to theirs. It’s all become a hassle, something that you don’t look forward to doing. But all that’s about to change. Soon, you’ll wonder why you thought it was a hassle in the first place.

    Keep in mind that this book isn’t offering you instant gratification. It’s offering you a wake-up call. I will always be realistic. I’m not going to tell you how to play games or give you advice that won’t work. I am going to tell you how it’s done. You deserve the best, right? In order to get it, you have to face reality. Simply put, I’m going to tell you what works—there are no tricks involved.

    The Dating/Mating Game

    Someone once said hope is the mother of all fools. Hope might turn us into fools but that doesn’t keep us from having hope, does it? It doesn’t keep us from dreaming about a fantasy guy who’s going to swoop in and take away all of our problems. Hope is good. It keeps us from not giving up on love, marriage and babies. Hope might be the mother of all fools, but it also enables us to continue on when things look a little bleak. It gives us the desire to fulfill our genetic destiny.
