Remember, you create what you focus on. Oh, those nasty little mind-inventions.... Most people strive for transformation as to transform from one state to another. It’s healthy to want to change yet there are points of danger because you are taking away your power today and trying to re-assign it to your future self....
Those mind inventions say; “I will feel happy when I’m...,” “I’m almost there...,” “Tomorrow, I’ll have time....” Those mind inventions are a pause button has been pressed because you can’t move forward.
Begin by accepting where you currently are, love yourself where you currently are and be curious about the process of metamorphosis as you aspire to the new you as you take the Simple Steps to Finding Peace in Your Life by using Mindfulness in Action
Allow the process to unfold by not falling deeper and deeper in trying to control the change.
* Be choosy. Choose your intentions and goals wisely.
* Be passionate. Do the work.
* Be fearless. Try new things.
* Be humble. Make your expectations preferences
* Be courageous. Share ideas and opinions freely.
* Be open. Encourage feedback and new ways of thinking.
* Be accepting. Take a break from judging and labeling.
Most important: Check your ego at the door.
