- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Looking forward to baking some of the breads in particular - I have used a couple of recipes reproduced on the internet, with success, as Hollywood makes sure that each step is fully explained.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I admit that Paul Hollywood lost me somewhere along his sourdough recipes, but boy, what a comeback it was! I simply devoured the recipes - from the croissants to the very interesting cakes and biscuits (which seemed the most fascinating part - to me, at least), I learned some secrets, and I can't wait to start baking! I loved the simplicity of the flavour combinations and the accessible way in which baking was presented! Thank you!
