Introduction
Life in its totality from the time of creation was made undisturbed, organized, serene, interesting, peaceful and loving, but the advent of complex living creature marks the start point of other third party occurrences which never happens from time past, which is as a result of interactions with other forces God has created.
Modern life has become a strain on millions of people in current generation of ours. It seems that stress is everywhere we go whether it be work, school, on the road and even at home, even to the extent that inside us we experience the greatest stress.
For many people it seems nearly impossible to get away from the stress. It seems to be everywhere we turn.
Stress can also be a motivator and an encourager for change. Stress is a part of life, this means that we must manage our stress rather than run from it.
There are thousands of causes for stress (as emphasize on subsequent paragraph). They can appear anywhere and everywhere we go, even when we were with those we love the most.
Research readily suggests that there are numerous ways to reduce stress, but many people are unable to find what those ways are for palliative measure because life can be so stressful.
However, if you find that one thing that works, then you can lead a fuller, more productive and note-worthy life. You will also be able to escape the demands of stress and feel relaxed because of it.
Stress is everywhere we go. It can be at the mall, at work, school and even on vacation.
We may become stressed out at home from our marriages or personal relationships. Even your pets and kids may cause you stress! This eBook is designed to show you how to deal with all of these stressful situations to make your life more stress free and relaxed.
Therefore, the good news the author of this book try to bring to you is that if
you shall give a trial to all that is to discussed in this small book, you will be able to secure a stress-free and happiness lifestyle for your self.

In an ordinary thinking faculty, or in a layman reasoning happiness- lifestyle might means the state of laughter without stopping, but I am happy to tell you that in a ready psychological sense having a happy life-style is more than that i.e. it extends to somebody having a stable peace in his mind (because the battle of mind is the greatest battle as it affect all
other system internally and externally) having a good sense about people around you enjoying environment God has destined you to be because even if you don’t like where you are ,that is where you must be, to reach where you wish yourself to be ability to think out positive though that settles issue, emotional independent i.e. you dictate how you feel about something yourself : ability to make those unhappy happy despite what you are battling with yourself, and ability to get on track when thing went wrong in home, school, work, family, relationship, children, community and lastly a constant state of seen yourself above any difficult circumstances you might find yourself. You can now see that a happy life style is the pivot of all other things you might aspiring of doing in your life.
Your mood in and outside of you is seriously determined by how happy you are in your mind.
Take the issue of athletes as an example, let say one athlete has just finish a 100M race and came first in the race imagine how happy he would be ,if he were to go for another 400M he will still have the potential even ahead those that are physically stronger than he does because he is full of enthusiastic of the previous victory this tell the ability of a happy state of mind that test its absolute power on every other thing in our life in generality.
The Value Of Happiness In Live
In the journey of mans existence the sort for happiness is one of the basis of all human activities the evidence is clear because we directly or indirectly embark on any of our daily task in order to be happy. Though how we view this might be different from individual to individual but no matter how difference we think the truth is the same, if we take a look on the end product of all our desires in live, every and all of it is strongly based on the search for happiness, think on studying in college to acquire a bachelors degree which later give us the opportunity to secure dream job, and after this one eventually secure the job and then help to earn good salary.
This all contribute to getting money to meet all domestic and business needs, which is the only way to be happy. On the light of this and other areas of our endeavours it is true that all what we do is for the sake of been in a state of happiness.
However, achieving happiness I can ascribe it to be the greatest of all success in life, but as success has its own principle so also is possessing a stable state of happy mindset, but to tell the truth to you and myself we must be ready to pay the price worth of paying and get the reward of it, the price which is worth paying is to follow the principle, but at times this principle I am about to analyze might demand us changing some part and sections of our live which is largely our mind disposition. These include how we think on all thinks that happens to us, in the fact of the issue this is the greatest point in which our happiness will be based, though been happy is largely determine by how we think on what we hear or what happens to us and what people says to us but to make this simple we must be ready to make the sacrifice of been happy the greatest of it is to make-up our mind to change our thinking faculty so we will be able to change the experience of our life.
Also, I want you to know that the inclusion of researches and psychological facts in this book is necessary because happiness and mood are fraternal twins and human emotion is never stable i.e. it changes always. For instance a single whisper of the word no
can turn someone’s’ emotion from jubilation to weeping or even anger.
Before anything you must believe me that, our mind is the power and the strong room of our whole live, no one will ever dispute this since our thought determine our actions and our actions tells what our character will be and how we will thereafter react to things.
In short, happiness is far more worth than anything in our live, therefore I strongly enjoin you my reader to follow the principles in this project to the latter; but at times it might require you to change most and few ways of your live, since those that change are growing and those that try to change are those that are known to be progressing in life, they are also the category of people who survive life trials, I will not want you to be exempted, thanks.
Special Note: The author of this book(A.K Peter) deem it fit to emphasizes that all contained info in this publication is based more on what affect us internally (psychologically) and little on the things that affect us externally (physically).
The reason is that, the things which affect us externally are liable to quick monitoring and notice (even the cause and consequences are superficial to any body) but the one taking place inside us is the most powerful and most affecting factor, its so delicate that barely everybody can never notice it. Though this might sound ridiculous or
fallacious or rather fallacious, but its have been psychologically proven that what's going on within us is more powerful than anything that's going on without (outside) of us
. The truth here is establish experimentally by the
fact that anything we do in the outside has its starting point from our heart, that is what brought about the saying that everything in the physical are controlled from the spiritual
(the truth that has been established from the creation of the earth) that means all potentials, ego, inspiration and other things has their origin from within us and they are the commander of all that we do in the real life. Peace within is peace without, happiness within is happiness without.
Happiness and Stress are two opposite word which has for long battering with peaceful human life, though they are forever part of human existence, no one can guarantee what is responsible for both of them I.e. the origin of it, but taking a clear look at human development, happiness can be seen to be a God given talent(gift of nature) as seen in life of young bloods', but as human disposition soars up, expectations increases, more uncertainties appears, there are greater aspiration to possess possession which is accompanied by risks and mind subjected to fear due to uncertainty of expectation. This has unarguably been the period of invention of this element (stress causing seed)in human system which later give rise to other ‘like’ product to it(in our body) system
