This book (via the angels' vision and details within that vision) offers a potential future goal and various concrete methods that will have the net effect of reducing the number of suicides due to feeling hopeless, worthless and stuck emotionally. Sadly, the human race seems to be committing suicide on a planetary scale, so in very general terms, hope can begin the process of offering solutions for both individual and global problems.

One issue leading to the above statistic may be that many people have a negative sense of the world, their life, their health, and of the future. How many people do you see when you are walking around, that are hopeful, smiling, laughing and happy? What percentage look unhappy? Are you happy, or sad? Are you hope filled or cynical? This book is part of the Science of Sustainable Health series. This book and the rest of the books in this series have a goal of explaining, exploring and defining what it takes to live in such a way that our actions have a neutral or positive impact on seven future generations, without causing harm. As we each learn to think and act in this manner, our highest and best future is assured. This way of thinking is part of the vision offered by these angels, but it is also an ancient and sacred way of living that many aborigines all around the world offer as an example.

By reaching for this goal, a variety of positive feedback loops may be established, which will in turn create a better future, improved health, and a more positive way of living, with a higher quality of life for everyone on the planet. Individually, each person needs more positive tipping points in their life, and less negative tipping points. Hope is one of those positive tipping points.

2 Angels Gave Dr. Goodheart A Vision Of A Very Bright Future

Where did the Science of Sustainable Health come from? The Science Of Sustainable Health was revealed by two angels appearing near the ceiling in the living on a certain day in the late 90's. These two angels ‘spoke’ and provided a vision without using words or a voice. How many people have had angels appear to them? Have you ever had an angel appear to you? Do you believe in angels? If not, why not?

Apparently, there are quite a number of people who have seen angels, so it might not be considered that unusual. Everyone has guardian angels, and these angels are present at all times.

Dr. Goodheart is not the only person who has seen angels. Many others have also had visions of saints, angels and spiritual masters or light beings. In one example, an elderly woman was guided to the other side by angels. Bottom line, you have many friends in very high places, as does everyone else. You are not alone. At any time, you can call on these invisible 'friends' and ask for help, guidance, protection and more.

Chapter 3: Raising Hope - a Vision from Two Angels

What I can say is that I did see two beings of light. They appeared to me and communicated a vision of hope for all of humanity. Everything Dr. Goodheart offers is due to these two light filled angels who suddenly appeared and hovered up near the ceiling in the living room. At the time, I was living on top of a mountain in California, in a place that was in the woods, with no neighbors visible, but with a beautiful view.

The vision that these two angels offered lasted only a few minutes, (I did not keep track of the time) but what they communicated in that very brief time could fill many dozens of books if I had to write it all down.

In summary, these two angels showed me a vision of a green, sustainable future that humanity would be creating and living some point. They concluded their visit by saying very clearly; You do not know how LARGE this will become. They were VERY, VERY sure of what they were saying to me. They seemed to be very matter of fact, as if what they were showing me was not a matter of speculation or doubt. That vision/visitation and communication offered me hope, but also much more than that. This vision is also for YOU. You are in that vision, just like everyone else.

After that vision, I started down the road of developing the Science of Sustainable Health through studying, meditation, experiencing synchronistic events and writing down some of it down to flesh it out. The name Dr. Goodheart came out of this process, because everyone has a Dr. Goodheart inside of them, just like everyone has guardian angels. Everyone is both a healer, a hero, a leader and a visionary, in their own way. Everyone has a vision and a purpose.

But the journey was not fast, and had many delays plus setbacks. A hero's journey first consists of rejecting or ignoring the invitation and/or vision, and in this case, that was certainly true for me as well. At first, the invitation was ignored and then denied. After all, who was I to pursue this vision, much less tell anyone about it? People would call me crazy. People would think it was not possible. No one would listen to this outlandish story, that is way beyond anything normal. When people first hear about living and thinking in a way that benefits 7 future generations without causing harm, the most common reaction to this as a vision, is rejection or denial of that being possible. After all, no one lives this way today. No one thinks more than a few years into the future at best.

The reason for this book and the other books in the series is that I wanted to fill in what I had heard, and experienced in what felt like a few minutes. It is also important to understand that the hero's journey is long and winding, with many up's and down's. Rejection or denial of an inner vision within you is both normal and part of the human experience. Rejection or denial of angels being real is also ordinary and part of the human experience. Hope offers a way through. Maybe angels do exist. Stay open and hopeful if you do not believe in them yet.

The experience I felt was much like the experience of the actors in the movie, The Matrix, where a special few unplugged from the' Matrix' and then 'woke up' to another reality or realization. But this was not the total journey. The small group of hero's in the Matrix had to struggle against the ‘Matrix’ which fought to extinguish their small group and hope as well. That movie is also pointing at our world, where the same forces are at work and the same hope still reigns in what seems like a small group that is fighting against the raging 'Matrix' that is alive and well in this world today.

In this hope filled struggle against the raging ‘Matrix machine’, sometimes the hero's in the movie had to access special skills and abilities. When this became necessary, he or she chose to get plugged into a master computer. The hero or heroine downloaded everything they needed in a few seconds, no matter what was required.

The same process can be accessed today, through what we know as the Internet, or by going inside and accessing our intuition. We can also get help or support via angels, immediately, since they are always there, always accessible and they can do miracles.

The more intense part of the process that I continue to go through and which has never stopped is that I also lived through a process of baking, refining and pressure. I liken this process to heating carbon in order to create a diamond. Waking up from the Matrix is also an inner ‘refining’ process. One way it is happening is that the prickly part of the heart is disappearing, to be replaced by a softer, kinder, gentler heart. This process of being 'refined' by difficulties offers everyone hope and a reason for being alive. The tougher the situation, the hotter the fire, and the more pressure is applied, the higher the quality of the finished diamond, on a spiritual level.

Another way that this process of refining seems to happening is through a process of hope filled ‘awakening’ or opening, both inner and outer in nature. On the one hand, it is a process of gradual understanding
