It takes advantage of the format to include video and audio in a way that supports the lessons and never feels added on as an "enhancement."     What would you like today? One of the first, big challenges using English is ordering food. This lesson focuses on common expressions that we use at a restaurant.

    When we are ordering at a restaurant, we use would instead of want. We use would for polite requests and desires. For example:
